About Integriti Law

Integriti Law is a modern, digitally-driven boutique corporate law firm based in Dubai, UAE, founded by Priyasha Corrie.

Our primary focus is mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. We also advise on corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and employment law, and provide ongoing support to growth-focused businesses as a fractional general counsel.

We are a boutique firm by design. We work with a select number of clients because good legal work — particularly in M&A — takes time, attention, and a genuine understanding of what is at stake. We try to work with companies that are building something meaningful. Our purpose, from the beginning, has been to help our clients create legacies. That is how we measure our own.

Priyasha Corrie | Founder and Managing Director

Priyasha is a Solicitor of England and Wales, an Advocate of India, and a UAE-licensed legal professional with over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and commercial transactions.

Her work centres on complex domestic and cross-border M&A. She advises investment firms, founders, and multinational businesses on transactions across the UAE, GCC, and internationally, from deal structuring and legal due diligence through to negotiation, documentation, and closing.

Priyasha consults with KLME LLP and collaborates with a network of senior lawyers and subject matter experts to support clients on complex cross-border matters. Prior to founding Integriti Law, she held senior roles at Trilegal, Fichte and Co, and KLME LLP.

She was nominated for M&A Lawyer of the Year at the LexisNexis Women in Law Awards 2025.

  • Credentials

The firm's experience covers M&A and corporate transactions across both the buy and sell side, including private equity and venture capital transactions. Counsel Junaid Ahmed brings additional expertise in the PE and VC space, advising on investment structures, fund transactions, and portfolio company matters.
